In-Store Appointments

We are now available by appointment for in-store services like custom ski, snowboard, boot, and bike fitting along with personalized shopping. We can book an appointment during regular store hours or after-hours if you prefer. This helps us guarantee that every single person who comes into the store is getting the best one-on-one, personalized experience possible with our expert staff.
Booking Required
All visits require you to book ahead. Use our booking app (preferred) or contact customer service via email or phone. Setting an appointment is super easy: just select your service, your staffer, and the date/time to lock yourself in for the allotted slot (process takes about 40 seconds, yea we timed it). Bookings must be made at least 2 hours prior to your visit and can be made up to 30 days in advance.
We require a credit card to hold all ski, boot and binding sales related appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a cancellation fee charged to your credit card of up to $200.
Walk-Ins Are Welcome, But Reservations Help Us Ensure A Great Experience For You
Although walk-ins are not recommended; our staff will do its best to accommodate. If we do not have an opening when you walk in (which is very possible), one of our hosts will book a future appointment for you at your convenience.

Off Hours Booking
We will do our best to accommodate your shopping needs. 7pm boot fit? Yes, that’s possible. Simply contact us 72-48 hours in advance to check availability.
