DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND RETURNS?
Shipping rates can be calculated at checkout* *Oversized Shipping: Heavier items such as skis, boards, boots, bindings, bikes, etc. will inquire a surcharge. We DO NOT ship paddle boards or kayaks. Please call us for a shipping estimate on heavier items.
*We occasionally offer free shipping promotions to our customers who subscribe to our email newsletter. *These offers do not include oversized items such as bikes, skis, snowboards, paddle boards, etc.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes - we currently handle international orders by individual request via email at info@firststopboardbarn.com.
If you let us know what you'd like to purchase, we'll do our part to get you the best ship rate possible and provide a quote for review.

WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY?
Wondering how we ship to foreign countries? FirstStopBoardBarn.com uses UPS to ship internationally. Why? UPS is safe, your package is insured against theft and loss, and you get tracking information that tells you where your package is and when it will arrive. This way you’re not left wondering when the unreachable and mysterious shipping gods will deliver your goods.
FirstStopBoardBarn.com also uses USPS as a shipping option to Canada only.
*Please note: Your package is subject to customs, tariff, duty, Value added Tax (VAT), etc.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS, DUTIES OR TARIFFS?
Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.
- These costs are your responsibility
- They are not included in shipping charges
- The shipping company (UPS) will charge Customs fees
- Contact your local Customs office for more information
Credit cards from outside the U.S. may require additional verification.
Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 5-7 business days. Your order confirmation email will provide tracking information for your package.
RETURNS
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to love your gear as much as we do. If you're not happy with your purchase please email us at info@firststopboardbarn.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery. In your email, please include your order number, reason for the return and item/size for exchange, if applicable. We're just a mom & pop shop so we really do take feedback to heart!
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging in the same condition that you received them. Please note, we only accept returns on new mearchandise, and not used. Also, if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please include your packing slip inside the box.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we'll let you know we've received them and inspect the items. If approved, we will issue a refund or credit / exchange within approximately 72 hours. Please allow for 10 business days to see returns reflected on your credit card statement. And of course, if you have any questions, please email us at info@firststopboardbarn.com
