The Escapist Family allows you to build a comprehensive bikepacking kit to fit you, your bike and how you ride. The two-piece Escapist Saddle Bag Large comes with an under-saddle holster that prevents sway while the removable, waterproof bag carries bulkier gear. Covered air purge holes vent out pressure and increase compression and stability.
Check the clearance between your rear tire and the seat rails to avoid damaging the product, your bike or yourself. Safe clearance for the Escapist Saddle Bag Large is at least 7 in / 18 cm between the rear tire and the seat rail (see illustration to the right). Measure full suspension bikes by compressing the rear suspension completely, then measuring for safe clearance.
