Delivery fitting date, time, & location

Online reservations must be booked 48 hours in advance and have a 2-day minimum. *1-day rentals are available for in-store pickup only.

  • We are open 365 days a year.
  • Sunday - Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Saturday 9am - 6pm
*We are open 365 days a year with extended holiday hours.
**December - March we are available to make deliveries between 8am - 10pm on Fridays.
Winter Hours Begin in December.

*If delivery date is less than 48 hours, please call 802-422-9050 to check on availability.

*As a courtesy to our guests, rental equipment may be delivered the night before, after 3pm, at no extra charge.


Pickup and return options

We want to make your experience as easy as possible. We offer 3 different ways to return your equipment listed below.

A) Save 10% by returning your gear to our store

If it's convenient, you may drop off your rental equipment in-store on the last day of your rental by 5pm.

Choose to return your gear in-store by 5pm on the last day of your rental.

*Our store is located at 8474 Rt. 4 Killington, VT 05751, 1 mile East of the Killington Skyeship Gondola.

B) Pick-up my gear slopeside

We offer slopeside pick-up between 10am–4:30pm at the locations listed below. Please choose your desired pick-up time and location. We suggest you call our Reservation Team 2-hours before your scheduled pickup time to confirm your pick-up location and time. You are required to wait for the Delivery/Pick-Up Team and may not leave your equipment unattended at any slopeside location loading zone.

Damage Waiver: For a small daily fee you can cover your equipment against incidental damages incurred during normal use. The damage waiver does not cover theft, loss, or negligent use of your equipment. If you choose to DECLINE DAMAGE WAIVER you will be responsible for the repair or replacement fees of damaged rental equipment.
